You must complete a Change of Address form. This form is available at the Sec. of State’s website, https://www.sos.ms.gov/business-services/fees-forms-notary-public to print. Once the name change is effected at the Sec. of State, a new seal stamp should be ordered, if your residence County has changed, using the order form available here.
